The invention discloses a crosslinkable quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof, the waterproof coating comprises a component A and a component B. The component A comprises 20-60 parts of matrix asphalt; 10 to 30 parts of an anionic emulsifier; 20 to 40 parts of a modifier; 10 to 20 parts of rubber emulsion; 1-3 parts of a stabilizer; 10 to 20 parts of acrylic emulsion; the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of pentaerythritol; 5 to 15 parts of sodium polysulfide; 5 to 10 parts of calcium bromide; and 50 to 150 parts of water. The waterproof coating is prepared by the following steps: mixing an anionic emulsifier, a stabilizer, a modifier, a rubber emulsion and an acrylic emulsion to obtain a mixed solution, heating matrix asphalt at high temperature, and adding the heated matrix asphalt and the mixed solution into a colloid mill to obtain a component A; mixing sodium polysulfide, pentaerythritol, calcium bromide and water to
