Summary:The invention discloses a GFRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic) concrete-based fire-resistant bus duct castable and a preparation method thereof, and the bus duct castable is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 700 to 800 parts of fire-resistant sand, 900 to 1000 parts of fire-resistant stone, 150 to 250 parts of aluminate cement, 100 to 150 parts of fly ash, 40 to 60 parts of glass fiber and 110 to 180 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following specific preparation steps: weighing the refractory sand, the refractory stones and the glass fibers in parts by weight, pouring into a stirrer, stirring, adding the aluminate cement, the fly ash and the water, and continuously stirring uniformly to obtain a castable; and finally, pouring into a mold for molding, and demolding after standing to obtain the bus duct.
