An angle-adjustable yard lamp comprises a lamp pole. The first clamping edge is connected with the lamp pole through a first rotating mechanism; the second rotating mechanism is used for fixing the first clamping edge on the first rotating mechanism; the second clamping edge is connected with the first clamping edge through two connecting plates to define a mounting channel; and the lamp body is arranged in the mounting channel and is connected with the second clamping edge through a third rotating mechanism.
