The amino acid sequence of the porcine interferon lambda 4 (sIFN-lambda 4) recombinant protein is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 3. The sIFN-lambda 4 fragment is connected to a plasmid to obtain a recombinant plasmid, and the nucleotide sequence of the sIFN-lambda 4 is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 4; transforming the recombinant plasmid into escherichia coli, then carrying out bacterial liquid culture, adding IPTG for induction, collecting an inclusion body, dissolving and purifying to obtain the recombinant sIFN-lambda 4 protein.
