The high-voltage generator comprises a plurality of circuit boards which are connected in parallel; each circuit board comprises a plurality of electrolytic capacitors and a plurality of chip resistors, wherein the electrolytic capacitors are used for storing energy and can be welded on the circuit board, and the chip resistors are used for discharging when the energy needs to be discharged; the plurality of electrolytic capacitors which can be welded on the circuit board are all welded on the front surface of the circuit board; and the plurality of chip resistors are welded on the back surface of the circuit board.
