Summary: | The invention relates to a capacitor, in particular to a megavolt-level ceramic intermediate energy storage capacitor integrated with a voltage measurement function. The problems that an existing intermediate energy storage dry-type thin film capacitor is tedious in process, large in size and prone to being damaged, and the occupied space is large when a large resistor or a resistance-capacitance voltage divider is used for measuring high voltage are solved.
