The invention provides a toughened modified polypropylene material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The toughened modified polypropylene material is prepared from the following raw materials in specific parts: polypropylene resin, modified starch, an elastomer, a compatilizer and an antioxidant. According to the toughened modified polypropylene material, the modified starch in specific parts is added into the preparation raw materials and matched with the elastomer in specific parts to serve as the composite toughening agent, the toughness of the polypropylene material is effectively improved, and the toughened modified polypropylene material which is high in strength and toughness and has low-carbon and environment-friendly performance is finally obtained. 本发明提供了一种增韧改性聚丙烯材料及其制备方法和应用，所述增韧改性聚丙烯材料的制备原料包括特定份数的聚丙烯树脂、改性淀粉、弹性体、相容剂和抗氧剂的组合；所述增韧改性聚丙烯材料通过在制备原料中添加特定份数的改性淀粉搭配特定份数的弹性体作为复合增韧剂，有效提高了聚丙烯材料的韧性，最终得到了一种强度高、韧性高且具有低碳环保性能的增韧改性聚丙烯材料。
