The invention discloses a BMC (Baseboard Management Controller) equipment monitoring method, device and equipment and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a video acquired by a shooting device installed in BMC equipment; calculating the average gray value of each frame of image in the video, and calculating the difference value of the average gray values of two adjacent frames of images; if the average gray value difference value is greater than a first threshold value, acquiring a current image in the BMC equipment; inputting the current image into a BMC equipment box opening detection model obtained by pre-training to obtain a first detection value; and if the first detection value is greater than a second threshold value, determining that the case shell of the BMC equipment is opened, and generating alarm information according to the video and the current image. According to the technical scheme disclosed by the invention, the BMC equipment is subjected to theft mo
