The invention provides an inclined image matching and screening method, which relates to the technical field of aerial survey and comprises the following steps of: determining the horizontal distance between adjacent track points of the same air strip and the horizontal distance between the track points of the adjacent air strips through calculation; according to the horizontal distance between the adjacent track points of the same flight strip and the horizontal distance between the track points of the adjacent flight strips, ellipse half axes are determined respectively, and a standard equation of an ellipse is constructed; image matching and screening are carried out by judging the position relation between other track points and the ellipse, and if the track points are located in the ellipse area, the images of the track points and the images of the track points in the center of the ellipse can form matching pairs. The invention further provides a tilted image matching and screening system, the elliptical
