The solvent-free inorganic nano silicon resin is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 20-40 parts of silica sol; a proper amount of hydrochloric acid; 20 to 40 parts of hydroxyapatite sol; 3-5 parts of tannic acid; 80 to 200 parts of alkyl silane; 1-5 parts of a silane coupling agent; 2-6 parts of a toughening agent; 5-10 parts of hydroxyl silicone oil; and 2-3 parts of a catalyst. According to the solvent-free inorganic nano silicon resin and the preparation method thereof, a step-by-step equivalent alkyl silane hydrolysis method is adopted, so that the reactivity rate with other reactants can be balanced, no gel is generated in the production and preparation process, and prepared molecules have relatively good block regularity.
