The hydrophobic melamine resin is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 126 parts of melamine, 180 to 245 parts of formaldehyde solution, 2 to 10 parts of pH (Potential of Hydrogen) regulator, 1 to 10 parts of C8-C18 long-chain olefin, 30 to 480 parts of mixed alcohol, 1 to 4 parts of siloxane and 0 to 5 parts of reaction accelerant. The hydrophobic melamine resin coating comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10 parts of hydrophobic melamine resin, 2-4 parts of a dispersing agent and 0.1-0.5 part of a curing agent.
