Summary: | The invention provides a method for chemically and biologically refining sterol in plant residual oil. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out ester exchange pretreatment by using a low-dose potassium hydroxide-methanol solution; then carrying out enzyme treatment to decompose saponifiable matters so as to reduce the saponification value; and enriching the sterol through molecular distillation, recrystallizing, rinsing with ethanol, purifying and refining, and drying to obtain the refined sterol. The chemical and biological method for refining sterol adopts a process of first transesterification and then distillation crystallization, compared with a mainstream saponification complexation method, the yield of sterol is increased by more than 10%, the content of sterol is increased by more than 5%, the yield of sterol reaches more than 92%, the content of refined sterol reaches more than 95%, crude extraction procedures of saponification and water washing are omitted, and the process is |
