The invention discloses a shaft locking control method for a double-tail-shaft LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) ship, which comprises the following steps of: under the condition that one tail shaft normally runs, performing shaft locking control on the other tail shaft which stops running through a shaft locking device arranged on a shaft system, and controlling a plunger, a turning engine and a marine diesel engine through a control box, the invention further relates to a lock shaft control device of the double-stern-shaft LNG ship, the lock shaft control device structurally comprises a lock shaft disc, the plunger, a release valve, a hydraulic oil pump, an oil cabinet and a control box, the lock shaft disc is coaxially fixed between the stern shafts and the middle shaft flange, the plunger is arranged on the lock shaft disc, and the plunger is arranged on the lock shaft disc. Extension and retraction of the plunger are controlled through the hydraulic oil pump and the release valve, meanwhile, the pressure senso
