Summary:Aiming at the technical problems that the labor intensity is high, the pollution is serious, the cost is high and the waste heat in the production process cannot be effectively recycled in the existing iron alloy block material production process, the invention provides the iron alloy particle production device and the iron alloy particle production process, and iron alloy particles with the particle diameter of 5mm-80mm can be produced through a granulation and waste heat recycling process system; effective recovery of waste heat in the production process of iron alloy blocks can be achieved. The product can be directly applied to main additives in the steelmaking process, and the mechanical or manual crushing process is omitted. 针对现存铁合金块料生产过程劳动强度大、污染严重、成本高、生产过程余热未能有效回收的技术难题,本发明提供一种铁合金颗粒生产装置及工艺,通过粒化及余热回收工艺系统,可以生产颗粒直径5mm~80mm的铁合金颗粒,可实现铁合金块料生产过程中余热的有效回收。产品可直接应用炼钢过程的主要添加物,省去机械或人工破碎过程。
