The invention relates to a cutter locking structure and a food processer, and relates to the technical field of food utensils. The cutter locking structure comprises a cutter locking block which is used for locking and installing a cutter on a pot body; the tool locking block is provided with a locking cavity, the locking cavity is used for containing a tool apron of a tool, and the tool apron is provided with a protrusion extending outwards in the radial direction. A supporting part is arranged on the side, facing a pot opening of the pot body, of the cutter locking block, and at least part of the supporting part extends inwards in the radial direction and crosses the edge of the locking cavity. In the first state, the cutter locking block is pressed on the outer portion of the pot bottom of the pot body, the cutter is locked and installed on the pot body, and the supporting part is located above the protrusion. In the second state, the cutter locking block is loosened from the pot body, the supporting part
