On the basis of high-carbon steel components, 0.01%-0.10% by mass of Nb is added, Nb is separated out after solid solution, the steel is promoted to form thin-sheet pearlite, and the spheroidizing rate can be further increased under the existing spheroidizing process. 本发明特别涉及一种高球化率高碳钢及其制备方法,属于钢材制备技术领域,钢的化学成分以质量分数计包括:C:0.80%-1.05%、Si:0.15%-0.45%、Mn:0.15%-0.80%、Cr:0.10%-2.00%、Nb:0.010%-0.10%、P≤0.015%、S≤0.015%,余量为Fe及不可避免杂质;在高碳钢成分基础上,添加了质量百分比为0.01~0.10%Nb,Nb在固溶后析出,促使钢形成细片状珠光体,能够在现有球化工艺下,进一步提高球化率。
