A system for evaluating authenticity of modified content includes a computing platform having a hardware processor and a memory storing software code, the software code including a neural network, the neural network is trained to assess authenticity of modified content generated based on baseline digital content, including one or more modifications made to the baseline digital content. The hardware processor executes the software code to receive the modified content using the neural network and evaluate the authenticity of each of the one or more modifications made to the baseline digital content to generate one or more authenticity evaluations corresponding to the one or more modifications made to the baseline digital content, respectively.
