The invention provides a spiral gear roller bit. The spiral gear roller bit comprises a drill rod. A guide device and a rock breaking and reaming device are respectively arranged on the drill rod; the guide device comprises a center body which is rotatably mounted on the drill rod; a first cone cutting assembly is rotatably mounted on the center body; the rock breaking and reaming device comprises a drill bit seat which is rotatably mounted on the drill rod; a second cone cutting assembly is rotatably mounted on the drill bit seat; the drill bit seat is in butt joint with the first cone cutting assembly through a gear disc. The gear disc is rotatably installed on the drill rod, fixedly connected with the drill bit base and connected with the first cone cutting assembly in a meshed mode. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first cone cutting assembly capable of relatively rotating is mounted on the center body, and the first cone cutting assembly not only can rota
