The invention provides a loose polyamine water phase solution, a hollow fiber composite nanofiltration membrane and a preparation method of the hollow fiber composite nanofiltration membrane in order to improve the permeability of the hollow fiber nanofiltration membrane. The loose type polyamine water-phase solution is prepared by dissolving a bulking agent and a polyamine monomer in water.
