Each of the first and second anchors may be configured to include: (i) a tissue engaging element (230) having a sharp distal tip and configured to be driven into tissue of a subject; and (ii) a head (680) coupled to the proximal end of the tissue engaging element. The head may include a driver interface (282) configured to be reversibly engaged by an anchor driver (260), and an opening, such as an eyelet (640) defining an aperture (646) through which the wire is threaded.
