The invention relates to an automatic humidifying system which comprises a water storage container, a water level sensor, a water filling electromagnetic valve, an electric heater, a humidity sensor and a controller, the water storage container is provided with a steam outlet, the electric heater is arranged in the water storage container, the water level sensor is used for sensing the water level in the water storage container, and the water filling electromagnetic valve is arranged in the water storage container. The water filling electromagnetic valve is installed on a pipeline for conveying water to the water storage container, the humidity sensor is used for sensing the environment humidity, and the input end of the controller is electrically connected with the output end of the water level sensor and the output end of the humidity sensor in a matched mode. The output end of the controller is electrically connected with a drive circuit of the water filling electromagnetic valve and a drive circuit of the
