The invention provides an air conditioning system of an electric working machine and a control method. The system comprises an indoor air conditioning assembly arranged in a cab; the condenser is electrically connected with the indoor air conditioner assembly, and a refrigerant loop is formed between the condenser and the indoor air conditioner assembly. The electric compressor is electrically connected with the condenser so as to provide power for the refrigerant loop; the pressure detector is electrically connected with the refrigerant loop so as to detect refrigerant parameters of the refrigerant loop; the controller is electrically connected with the indoor air conditioner assembly, the condenser, the electric compressor and the pressure detector. The controller adjusts the working mode of the indoor air conditioner assembly according to the environment parameters and the refrigerant parameters. According to the air conditioner, a power source of refrigerant circulation is arranged to be of an integrated
