Summary: | The invention belongs to the field of preparation of silver powder for electrical alloy, and particularly relates to a preparation method of high-dispersion micron-sized silver powder for an electrical contact, which comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving silver nitrate crystals in water to prepare a silver nitrate solution; (2) adding ammonia water into the silver nitrate solution to prepare a silver-ammonia solution A; (3) dissolving a reducing agent and a dispersing agent in water to prepare a solution B; (4) deionized water is added into a reaction container, the silver-ammonia solution A and the solution B are simultaneously added into the reaction container at a certain flow rate under the stirring state, and silver powder is prepared through reaction; (5) cleaning the silver powder prepared in the step (4), and then performing ultraviolet irradiation for a certain time while stirring; and (6) washing the silver powder, filtering and drying to obtain a finished product.
