Therefore, the invention provides a new treatment thought for repairing dyszoospermia induced by sICAM-1 expression increase in the testis. 本发明提供了ICAM-1多肽或基因在制备治疗修复睾丸中生精障碍的药物中的应用,属于生物药物技术领域。ICAM-1多肽的编码序列过表达能够明显提高睾丸支持细胞电阻水平,修复因sICAM-1表达升高所造成的支持细胞屏障功能受损,修复支持细胞之间形成的细胞连接结构,修复支持细胞的微丝细胞骨架蛋白结构,修复sICAM-1表达上升诱导的生精障碍。因此,本发明为修复睾丸中sICAM-1表达升高诱导的生精障碍的治疗提供了新的治疗思路。
