The invention relates to therapeutic tissue modulation devices and methods. In accordance with various embodiments, systems, devices, and methods are provided for modulating targeted neural fibers (e.g., hepatic neuromodulation) or other tissue. Systems, apparatus, and methods for cooling energy delivery components are also provided. The system may be configured to enter a tortuous anatomical structure of the hepatic vascular system or a tortuous anatomical structure adjacent to the hepatic vascular system.
