A light-emitting device (100) is provided with a substrate (110), an ultraviolet light-emitting element (120), a bonding layer (130), a lens (140), an adhesive layer (150), and a fluorocarbon (160). The adhesive layer (150) bonds the substrate (110) and the lens (140) in a state in which the ultraviolet light-emitting element (120) is sandwiched therebetween.
