The purpose of the present invention is to prevent molten steel from entering a gas pool in a foam sheet having a structure in which a ring is disposed in an inner hole of a sheet body. In the foaming plate (1) for the sliding nozzle used in continuous casting of steel, an annular part (ring (3)) with a ventilation function is installed in an inner hole (2d) of a plate body (2). A step part (3a) or a convex part or a concave part is arranged on the lower end face of the ring (3), and a step part (2a) or a concave part or a convex part which can be embedded relative to the step part (3a) or the convex part or the concave part is arranged on the upper face of the plate body (2) in contact with the lower end face of the ring (3). The length of the inner hole (2d) in the central axis direction (longitudinal direction) is 2 mm or more in a portion (fitting portion (A)) where the step portion (3a), the protrusion portion, or the recess portion on the ring (3) side and the step portion (2a), the recess portion, or t
