Summary: | Miltefosin is utilized to enhance immune responses to vaccinations, such as influenza and/or coronavirus vaccinations. The subject matter of the present invention also provides compositions and methods for increasing the yield of viruses in cells by applying a cannabinoid receptor agonist, such as methaneandamide, to the cultured cells. Such increased viral yields can be used to increase viral yield for vaccine formulation and/or to improve the sensitivity of cell-based viral assays.
