The invention relates to a novel compound and application thereof. The novel compound according to the present invention induces activation of MKP-1 protein to block a cellular signaling pathway performed in the p38/CK2 alpha/NF-kappa B order, thereby very effectively inhibiting inflammatory responses occurring in respiratory diseases.
