Summary:The glucose level control system may autonomously modify therapy provided to the subject based on a comparison of effects of different values of the control parameter. The system may deliver therapy to the subject for a first therapy cycle using the first value for the control parameter, and determine a first effect corresponding to the first therapy by analyzing blood glucose control of the subject. The system may autonomously generate a second value for the control parameter and determine a second effect corresponding to a second therapy provided using the second value for a second period of time.
