The method comprises the following steps: cooking and separating a biomass raw material by using cooking liquor consisting of organic acid, small molecular aromatic nucleophilic organic matters and hydrogen peroxide to obtain solid matters and black liquor, washing and screening the solid matters to obtain paper pulp, and extracting lignin and/or hemicellulose by using the black liquor; the method has the advantages that residual lignin and compounds of other chromophoric groups in the paper pulp are reduced, the high-whiteness paper pulp with excellent performance is obtained, an additional bleaching process is not needed, hemicellulose saccharide and polyphenol lignin can be obtained, and the method has important significance in realizing high value and industrialization of biomass resource utilization.
