The invention discloses an SOFC (Solid Oxide Fuel Cell) battery which comprises a filter layer, a functional layer and a support body for connecting the filter layer and the functional layer, the functional layer comprises an anode functional layer, an electrolyte layer and a cathode functional layer; the anode functional layer and the cathode functional layer are connected through the electrolyte layer; the anode functional layer is connected with the support body; when the SOFC battery works, fuel gas is in contact with the filter layer and then is in contact with the support body; the porosity of the support body is 25-35%, and the strength of the support body is greater than 20MPa; the invention further discloses a preparation method of the SOFC. According to the solid oxide fuel cell, interception of S elements in fuel gas in the filter layer and pretreatment of the carbon deposition problem are achieved through the filter layer by means of the temperature of the SOFC during working, the fuel gas guiding
