The system comprises modules corresponding to the steps. 本发明提出了一种五金零件缺陷检测方法及系统,所述检测方法包括采集五金零件标准图片及对应有缺陷的五金零件的缺陷样本图片图像,并对所述图像进行像素变化处理与灰度化处理;构建五金零件三维模型,提取所述五金零件三维模型的特征点,得到五金零件的缺陷检测模型;获取五金零件被检测图片的图像信息并导入所述缺陷检测模型;利用区域形状定位方法确定缺陷位置及类别。所述系统包括所述步骤对应的模块。
