Summary: | The invention discloses a starting culture medium for directly inducing field petioles of Chinese aesculus chinensis to regenerate adventitious buds and application of the starting culture medium. The starting culture medium is formed by adding 0.05-5.0 mg/L of compound sodium nitrophenolate, 0.05-3.0 mg/L of gibberellin (GA), 0.5-10.0 mg/L of 6-benzylamino adenine (6-BA), 0.1-1.0 mg/L of kinetin (KT), 0.05-5.0 mg/L of naphthylacetic acid (NAA), 30-50 g/L of cane sugar, 0.5-1.0 g/L of activated carbon and 4.0-6.0 g/L of agar into an MS culture medium. According to the culture medium, multiple plant growth regulators are combined, and adventitious buds are directly induced and regenerated by explants of field petioles of Aesculus sinensis. Technical support is provided for factory production of the excellent germplasm resources of the Chinese aesculus chinensis, and the problem that the excellent germplasm resources of the Chinese aesculus chinensis are short of supply is solved.
