The method comprises the following steps: 1, carrying out multi-stage counter-current extraction on uranium-containing wastewater of a nitric acid system by adopting an organic phase containing trialkylphosphine oxide and n-decanol to obtain a loaded organic phase; 2, washing the loaded organic phase with a washing agent, returning the washing liquid to the first stage of the extraction process, and merging the washing liquid into the extraction stock solution for use; step 3, performing back extraction on the washed loaded organic phase by adopting a back extraction agent to prepare back extraction liquid of uranium, and returning the obtained lean organic phase to the extraction process for recycling; and the obtained raffinate water phase reaches the discharge standard.
