According to the method for extracting the alkaloid from the sludge sediment provided by the invention, the alkaloid is extracted by using the sludge sediment generated by pre-treatment of an artificial wetland system, so that the sludge sediment can be fully and effectively utilized; the method comprises the following steps: pretreating the sludge sediment, removing impurities such as silt, treating the separated sludge sediment by using a strain, releasing alkaloid while decomposing and purifying the sludge sediment, centrifuging a bacterial treatment solution, adding an alcohol solution into the centrifuged precipitate to extract the alkaloid, merging the alcohol solution of the previous supernatant, and purifying the supernatant to obtain the alkaloid. And adding a molecular sieve, carrying out strong electric field treatment, separating the alkaloid, and finally eluting and purifying to obtain the alkaloid. The method for extracting the alkaloid is simple and easy to operate, can also be used for treatin
