The invention discloses a campus intelligent early-warning shunting method and system, and the method comprises the steps: a server builds a short-time people flow prediction algorithm model which comprises a time period, an early-warning space and an early-warning space people number threshold value through the statistics of historical information which is periodically transmitted by each terminal in a campus and comprises time information and terminal position information; the server periodically receives current information including time information and terminal position information sent by each terminal in the campus, and judges whether each early warning space in the campus needs to be subjected to early warning shunting processing or not by using the current information and the short-time people flow prediction algorithm model; and when the server judges that any early warning space in the campus needs to be subjected to early warning shunting processing, generating an early warning shunting prompt mes
