The high-stability flux paste prepared from the materials and welding powder are prepared into solder paste, and the storage stability, the printing stability and the welding performance of the high-stability flux paste are better than those of other solder paste. 一种高稳定性助焊膏及制备方法,所述助焊膏包含复配松香30-45wt.%、复配触变剂3-10wt.%、复配活性剂3-12wt.%、复配有机溶剂30-50wt.%、抗氧剂1-6wt.%。本发明的助焊膏制备方法可提高体系内物质的相容性和分散性,保持助焊膏的高活性,同时提高了稳定性。使用本发明所述物料制备的高稳定性助焊膏与焊粉配制成锡膏,其储存稳定性、印刷稳定性、焊接性能都较其他锡膏优异。
