Summary: | The invention discloses high-stability flux paste and a preparation method thereof. The flux paste comprises 30-45 wt.% of compound rosin, 3-10 wt.% of a compound thixotropic agent, 3-12 wt.% of a compound active agent, 30-50 wt.% of a compound organic solvent and 1-6 wt.% of an antioxidant. According to the preparation method of the flux paste, the compatibility and dispersity of substances in a system can be improved, the high activity of the flux paste is kept, and meanwhile the stability is improved. The high-stability flux paste prepared from the materials and welding powder are prepared into solder paste, and the storage stability, the printing stability and the welding performance of the high-stability flux paste are better than those of other solder paste.
