Infantis bacterial preparation which is a solid bacterial preparation in a viable form or an inactivated form, or a liquid bacterial preparation in a viable form or an inactivated form, and the bifidobacterium longum subsp. Infantis bacterial preparation comprises the bifidobacterium longum subsp. Infantis bacterial preparation with the preservation number of CCTCC (China Center for Type Culture Collection) No.M2011122. The invention further provides a preparation method of the bifidobacterium longum subsp. Infantis bacterial preparation. It is found that a single strain of the strain can significantly improve the intestinal bacterial infection resistance, resist invasion of pathogenic bacteria in an intestinal system, maint
