The invention provides a flow statistics method, device and equipment, which are applied to a media access control (MAC) layer, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining a first flow of a data packet transmitted by each hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) entity through a scheduler of the MAC layer; and according to the first traffic, a traffic statistical report based on a carrier is generated, one HARQ entity corresponds to at least one carrier, and one carrier corresponds to at least one HARQ entity.
