The invention discloses a high-flux anti-pollution reverse osmosis composite membrane and a preparation method thereof. The high-flux anti-pollution reverse osmosis composite membrane comprises a reverse osmosis base membrane, a hydrophilic skeleton layer and an anti-pollution coating which are arranged in sequence, the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) pouring a water-phase dispersion liquid of a hydrophilic framework material on the surface of a reverse osmosis base membrane, so that the water-phase dispersion liquid uniformly immerses the surface of the membrane, and obtaining a hydrophilic framework layer on the surface of the reverse osmosis base membrane after immersion treatment; and (2) coating an anti-pollution coating: pouring the anti-pollution modified liquid on the surface of the hydrophilic skeleton layer on the reverse osmosis base membrane, standing and adsorbing for 3-5 minutes, removing redundant solution, and carrying out heat treatment to obtain the high-flux anti-pollu
