The invention discloses a novel flag blowing system, which belongs to the technical field of stage equipment and comprises a flagpole, a traction rope, a flag and an air blower, the flagpole is of a tubular structure, and an air outlet is formed in the flagpole; the traction rope is arranged on the flagpole and is opposite to the air outlet; the flag is connected with the traction rope, the air outlet is matched with the flag and used for blowing air to enable the flag to float, and a hard rod is arranged on the flag and used for controlling airflow balance on the two sides of the flag; the air blower is communicated with the flagpole and used for blowing air into the flagpole. According to the flagpole of the novel flag blowing system, the flag is driven to ascend and descend through annular transmission of the traction rope, in the ascending process of the flag, the air blower is started, the air blower generates air flow, and the air flow is jetted through the air outlet to enable the flag to float. The pr
