The polyolefin rubber regenerant is synthesized from the following raw materials: 30-45% of ethylene, 30-45% of propylene, 30-45% of 1-butene, 30-45% of an amorphous alpha-olefin copolymer formed by copolymerizing 6-8 carbon alpha olefin, 30-45% of propylene, 30-45% of 1-butene and 30-45% of 6-8 carbon alpha olefin.
