The invention discloses application of psoralen and skeletal stem cells in preparation of a product for repairing radioactive bone trauma. In the application, the repairing of the radioactive bone trauma is reflected on at least one of the following aspects: A1) repairing a bone imaging structure of the radioactive bone trauma; a2) improving the bone tissue morphology of the radioactive bone trauma; a3) improving the expression of osteocalcin with a bone tissue repairing effect; a4), the expression of I-type collagen with a bone tissue repairing effect is improved.
