After further positioning analysis, the genetic marker is located on a short arm of a 6A chromosome, and the 36th basic group of the nucleotide sequence of the genetic marker has mutation of a G/T allele; when the 36th basic group is G, the genotype is a GG genotype with high alcohol-soluble protein content, and when the 36th basic group is T, the genotype is a TT genotype with low alcohol-soluble protein content. By utilizing the genetic marker AX-108761918 (37.44 Mb), a wheat variety with high alcohol-soluble protein content and a genotype of GG can be effectively screened.
