Summary: | The invention relates to the field of drug detection, and discloses a method for rapidly detecting the content of sufentanil in human saliva, which comprises the following steps: (1) selecting qualitative ions and quantitative ions; (2) constructing a standard curve; (3) pretreatment of a saliva sample: taking the saliva sample, adding an internal standard, adding alkali liquor to adjust the pH value, adding anhydrous magnesium sulfate and ethyl acetate, centrifuging, and adding methanol; and (4) measuring the content of sufentanil in the to-be-measured sample liquid by pulse direct current spray ion source mass spectrometry.
