The invention relates to a miniature integrated ultrafine particle size detector which comprises a particle charge unit, a particle grading unit, a particle weak current detection unit and a detection cavity. The detection cavity comprises a first printed circuit board, a second printed circuit board and a supporting structure, wherein the first printed circuit board and the second printed circuit board are arranged in parallel, and the supporting structure is arranged between the first printed circuit board and the second printed circuit board. A first air inlet is formed in the left end of the first printed circuit board. The particle charge unit comprises a corona discharge metal wire installed at the first air inlet and a first grounding electrode printed on the second printed circuit board.
