The invention discloses a TBM tunnel local broken surrounding rock pre-stressed anchor rod and U-shaped steel combined initial active supporting system which comprises a plurality of U-shaped steel arches used for being attached to the inner side wall of a surrounding rock local broken area and arranged at intervals in the trend of a tunnel till crossing the whole surrounding rock local broken area.
