The invention belongs to the technical field of ecological management, and particularly relates to a quick reconstruction method of a plough layer, which comprises the following preparation steps: (1) taking exchangeable acid, available potassium, available phosphorus, available boron and available zinc of soil as indexes of the soil to be reconstructed; (2) soil sampling and soil index determination; (3) selecting a material used for plough layer reconstruction according to a soil index measurement result; (4) determining the amount of each plough layer reconstruction material; (5) applying a reconstruction material and carrying out field mixing operation; (6) taking sorghum as a pioneer plant for high-density planting of sorghum, and performing green pressing and field returning in the seedling stage.
