Summary: | The invention relates to a drug target protein identification method based on pressure denaturation and proteome quantification. After the drug and the protein sample are incubated for a period of time to combine the drug with the target protein thereof, pressure is applied to the protein sample, so that the protein in the sample is partially denatured and precipitated. Centrifuging the protein sample subjected to pressure application, and removing part of insoluble protein denatured due to pressure to obtain a sample 1; meanwhile, a protein sample without medicine is treated under the same condition, and a sample 2 is obtained; and carrying out unmarked or marked quantification on the protein on the sample 1 and the sample 2 by using a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology. And if the protein with the concentration obviously changed under the pressure before and after incubation with the medicine is found, identifying to obtain the target protein of the medicine. The drug target protein is ident |
